  1. Handles customer inquiries, requests and complaints in a positive effective manner, while reflecting the company’s branding and corporate image in a positive manner and in accordance with approved quality standards.
  2. Answering customers’ incoming calls deals with all types of inquiries, requests and complaints, which are timely and accurately correct to reflect the company’s positive image.
